Preparing the feed every morning for the various animals here done by David. Guinea Pig things on the right

Ah, a better picture of the Piggy pair walking back to their little home after a hard day rooting in part of the veg patch. These beasts are HUGE and have grown amazingly from when they arrived - aided in part by my contributions of veg bits. If the chickens and ducks are too close the younger Pig [aka; Piggy] is likely to chase them at high[ish] speed around this part of the croft.

There were five of these creatures here recently. One now resides in Paul's freezer and the other two have gone to play elsewhere on the island. Now, all there is a Pig and Piggy. They are Saddlebacks.

What with November on the horizon and Xmas not far behind, I could not resist this snap of Turk - already veteran of several winters!

Here's the man himself - Paul - seen here in his slippers [!] sorting his breakfast and still a bit sleepy!

Every morning, rain or shine, David feeds up the animals with Paul. They seem to have acquired rather more guinea pigs than planned when Mr Guinea Pig found a way into Ms G Pigs house! So, here David gathers fresh grass for the G-P's by the side of the village road.
