The Crofter has been selling some of his beloved coows recently - and whoever has bought them has a bargain. There are still a few coows round the place - or at least out on the apportionment enjoying the rain. He's not getting rid of them all just thinning them out - like his hair.
On the Isle of Lewis off the west coast of mainland Scotland lies a croft inhabited by an English off-comer. His Mum and Dad live nearby and help him run the croft. This is a photographic record of their lives as it unfolds.
